Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
1-1.5 lbs Ground Turkey
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp Olive oil
4 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp franks red hot
2 Tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt/pepper to taste
1/4 cup green onions
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat olive oil in a deep pan over med heat. Add ground turkey, ginger and garlic. Cook for about 6-8 mins or until brown. Drain meat and place back in pan. In a small bowl combine Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, franks red hot, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Pour mixed sauce over meat then add green onions and stir. I put a little bit of sour cream and Texas Pete on top!
